The fire occurred on Dec. 18 and the family lost all of their belongings, according to Jordyn Carraway.

“Everyone made it out safely but now they have to deal with the burdens of starting a new beginning,” Jordyn Carraway wrote on the page. “Please help us raise money for their new beginnings. Any type of donation would be greatly appreciated especially to help give my 6-year-old cousin, Journee, a great Christmas and birthday.”
