Middletown Home Sales Continue Through Early 2026 With Broad Price Range
Zillow data shows continued home sales in Middletown.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Residential real estate sales in Middletown showed continued activity through the start of 2026, with a wide range of homes changing hands across the city, according to recently posted data from the online real estate portal Zillow.
Sales recorded in January included properties of varying sizes and price points. On Jan. 9, a two-bedroom, two-bath unit at 3 Trolley Crossing Lane #3 sold for $225,000, and a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 31 Broadview Parkway fetched $315,000. On Jan. 8, a larger residence at 81 Aresco Drive traded for $817,000. Also on Jan. 9, a second Trolley Crossing Lane unit at 170 Trolley Crossing Lane #170 sold for $245,000.
Earlier in the month, a two-bedroom, two-bath property at 1 Russell Street APT 15 closed at $219,900, and a four-bedroom house at 56 Bidwell Terrace brought $230,000 on Jan. 7. A separate sale on Jan. 6 saw 55 Lorelei Circle, a two-bedroom home, sell for $406,000. That same day, additional homes including 21 Rome Avenue and 130 Carriage Crossing Lane #130 sold at $246,000 and $225,000, respectively.

Sales continued through late December 2025 and included a mix of mid-range homes and larger properties. Among these was a five-bedroom, three-bath house at 40 Rome Avenue that sold for $388,000, and a six-bedroom residence at 73 Durant Street that sold for $366,500. Smaller units such as those on Burgundy Hill Lane also traded, with one selling for $119,609 and another for $140,000.
A standout transaction reported in late December was a larger property on 120 Chamberlain Hill Road, which sold for approximately $1.88 million, reflecting the upper end of the local market for the period.
