Nov. 15

Ivan L. Hart, 35, 43 Stonycrest Apartments, Middletown, was cited for driving with a suspended license and a failure to have lights lit after police pulled him over in the area of Main and Pleasant streets on Nov. 15. No court date or bond information was available.

Amanda Case, 32, 8 Ridgefield Drive, Middletown, was cited for driving an unregistered motor vehicle, use of an improper market plate, not having proper insurance and driving with a suspended license after police pulled her over on Nov. 15 in the area of Main and Washington streets. Court date: Nov. 29.

Nov. 17

Richard Legge, 53, 35 Clinton Ave., Middletown, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 17. Legge was summoned to Middlesex Superior Court on Nov. 26.

Nov. 21

Amie Lee St. Amand, 29, 91 Santangelo Circle, Middletown, was arrested and second-degree failure to appear after she was taken into custody on Nov. 21 on Main Street for five separate arrest warrants, police said. Amand was held on a total $35,000 court-set bond. Court date: Nov. 28.

Nov. 22

Meaghan Limmer, 32, 64 Bow Lane, Middletown, was cited for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, not having proper insurance and driving with a suspended license on Nov. 22. Court date: Nov. 28.

Nov. 23

Charles Mullins, 53, 186 Main St. Ext., Middletown, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call on Nov. 23. Court date: Nov. 26.

Erica Mullins, 50, 186 Main St. Ext., Middletown, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 23. Court date: Nov. 26.

Nov. 25

Edlyn Fuller, 44, 251 Court St., Apt. 58, Middletown, was arrested and charged with first-degree failure to appear after police arrested Fuller on Main Street on Nov. 25. The accused was held on a $5,000 court-set bond. Court date: Dec. 10.

Shaquava Jenkins, 21, 15 Portland St., Middletown, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 25 after police pulled her over on Route 66 near the Middlefield line. Jenkins was then charged with third-degree criminal mischief and a breach of peace stemming from an arrest warrant. The accused was held on a $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Middlesex Superior Court on Dec. 3.

Robert P. Talbot, 45, 3 Nutmeg Lane, East Hampton, was arrested and charged with violating a protective order on Nov. 25. Talbot was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond. Court date: Nov. 26.

Joel J. Rivera, 25, 532 Main St., third floor, Middletown, was cited for a failure to renew a registration, not having proper insurnce, disobeying the signal of an officer and a failure to have lights lit after police pulled him over on Nov. 25. Court date: Nov. 26.

Brian Cushing, 43, 51 Hubbard St., Middletown, was arrested and charged with a breach of peace on Nov. 25. He was held on a $1,500 surety bond. No court date information was available.

Nov. 26

Darrell Eaddy, 34, 30 Ferry St., Apt. 3C, Middletown, was cited for driving a car with a suspended license on Nov. 10. Eaddy was due in Middlesex Superior Court on Nov. 26.
