Middletown P&Z to Discuss Sober House Proposal
The public hearing is set for Jan. 27.
A public hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday night to hear opinions on a proposed sober house slated for a home on Pearl Street in Middletown.
The hearing before the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall.
Proposed by Susanne Holly of the Stepping Stone House, the sober house would be a recovery living center for about seven women, reports The Middletown Press. Stepping Stone House works with recovering alcoholics and substance abusers.
