Police Arrest Man After Teen Falls 3 Stories
The man is facing assault and other charges.
Police have made an arrest after a teenager fell three stories from a balcony last week.
James Brown Jr., 20 was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace, according to the Middletown Press.
An altercation preceded the fall, police said.
