Road Closures Announced For Memorial Day In Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Middletown Police have announced road closures that will be in effect on Memorial Day. The city’s Memorial Day Parade will start at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 28.

Road closures will include Main Street from Union Street to St. John’s Square, and Washington Street (Route 66) from High Street to DeKoven Drive. These roads will be closed to traffic starting at approximately 10 a.m., according to police.

Motorists traveling over the Arrigoni Bridge from Portland will be directed down Hartford Avenue to Route 9.
