Ronald McDonald® recently made a special visit to Farm Hill Elementary to perform his famous "It's Book Time with Ronald McDonald" show.

MIDDLETOWN, CT- Ronald McDonald® recently made a special visit to Farm Hill Elementary to perform his famous “It’s Book Time with Ronald McDonald” show. This fun-filled performance uses music, magic, student-teacher interaction and games to encourage students’ love of reading. Ronald McDonald himself shares his enthusiasm for reading and books through positive, educational messages that have already reached thousands of children through schools and public libraries. This event is sponsored by the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts McDonald’s Owner/Operator Association.
McDonald's Active Achievers was developed by the local McDonald's owner/operators in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts and offers free resources designed to encourage friendship and reading and promote balanced, active lifestyles. There are various programs available from in-school educational appearances by Ronald McDonald to restaurant fundraisers for schools and organizations to scholarships.
