MIDDLETOWN, CT — A teen has been charged in connection with an April shooting on a street in Middletown, police said. The arrest was the second in the case.

The case dates back to 2:33 p.m. on April 24, when the driver of a stolen vehicle stopped at the intersection of Court and Pearl streets, exited the car and fired several rounds from a handgun at two people walking along Pearl Street, according a police report.

One of the targets, identified as 19-year-old Chauncey Robertson, returned fire with his own handgun, according to a police report.
