Woman Ziplining in Middletown Hospitalized After Crashing Into Tree
The woman was transported to the hospital via Lifestar after wind gusts reportedly blew her into a tree at an adventure park.

Middletown, CT —A 57-year-old woman was transported to Hartford Hospital via Life Star after hitting a tree with ziplining at a Middletown adventure park on Sunday afternoon, according to the Middletown Press.
The Press reports that Sunday’s gusty winds blew the woman into the tree at Empower Leadership Sports & Adventure Center on South Main Street.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at about 3:30 p.m. and fire officials say the woman was deep in the woods so the department’s ATV was also requested.
