2 Men Attempted To Rob Sonic Restaurant In Milford: Police
Police are asking the public for assistance in helping to solve the case. BREAKING

MILFORD, CT — Milford police are investigating an attempted robbery at Sonic Restaurant, 1365 Boston Post Road. Police say the two suspects asked for money but simply walked away without anything.
Police said at 8:40 a.m. Monday, the Milford Police Department responded to Sonic restaurant, 1365 Boston Post Road, on the report of an attempted robbery.
Two male suspects entered the restaurant and one of the males placed an empty bag on the counter, police said. The suspect told the victim to fill the bag with money, police said. The victim then walked away from the register and the suspects left the building without any money and got into a dark colored SUV, police said.

The suspects were described as two black males both heavy set, police said. One of the males was wearing
a grey sweatshirt and grey sweat pants and a red hat, police said. The other male was wearing a black shirt,
black jeans and a red hat, police said.
