Arrest Made in Robbery at Indigo Restaurant

An investigation into the April 20, 2014 robbery at Indigo Restaurant has led to the arrest of Jose Octavio Balseiro, age 41 of 92 Hill St., Shelton.
Balseiro is accused of entering the establishment after closing, brandishing a firearm and committing a robbery with an another male.
Balseiro was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy.
His bond was set at $200,000 and he appeared in court on May 15.
The investigation is ongoing.
