MILFORD, CT — A man is accused of posing as a pizza deliveryman and trying to break into a home in Milford on Thursday, according to police.
Police responded to a home on Joanne Drive on the report of a man banging on the door and posing as a pizza deliveryman.
Peter Riha, 34, was arrested after an investigation, according to police.

Riha is accused of breaking into a clubhouse in the back yard and trying to break into the home, police said.
He also tried to get away from officers while being arrested, according to police.

Riha, of Wildwood Avenue in Milford, was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, criminal attempt at second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer. He was held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 5.
