“All About AI - & how to Use it the Right Way in Job Search!”

Fred is currently a librarian at the Milford Public Library. He has been an integral part of the MPL’s success for over 20 years, working for multiple departments…including the ever-changing field of information technology. Fred is responsible for running and maintaining the MPL’s makerspace…including both 3D printing and 3D scanning hardware and software, as well as Virtual Reality (VR) headsets.

Fred’s professional goals are to find new and better ways to market libraries, create better awareness about what they do, and to successfully implement new technologies in practical and innovative ways that enrich user experience. He is referred to as “the Library's all around computer guru, & miracle worker”.

He will give a super presentation & delve into the ever-evolving world of AI, describing the impact it has on job search in 2026! Job candidates will be better equipped to make it to the next stage and get that job offer!

He will also take some time to discuss all of the accessible resources currently available at the Milford library, FREE for all job seekers. Make sure to mark your calendars now & plan accordingly!
