The report is expected to be presented at court when the pretrial hearing continues on Jan. 23, the paper reports. Plaskon is currently being held at the Manson Youth Institute in Cheshire on a $3 million bond.
Plaskon has pleaded not guilty to a murder charge, which will be based on one of three forms of an insanity please, the paper reports. His case will be presented to a three-judge panel rather than a traditional jury.
