Weather forecast details and a first-look at Christmas Day
The remainder of the work week will be much warmer than expected, with temperatures into the 50s and even 60s during this period. Some rain showers are possible Wednesday night.
The more interesting story is the weekend where there may be some rain, sleet and even snow showers on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service. We'll see how this develops as the week progresses.
And as for the first look at the Christmas Day forecast in Connecticut, The Weather Channel is predicting 40 degrees and partly cloudy skies...we'll see if that holds.
