Frontier Celebrates Grand Opening of New Store at Connecticut Post Mall

Frontier Communications is pleased to announce the grand opening of its newest “Frontier Experience” store, located inside the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford.

The grand opening was celebrated Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony that was attended by Frontier leadership including Paul Quick, SVP and General Manager of Connecticut Operations, Joe Ferraiolo, Area General Manager for New Haven County and Dan Kiley, General Manager of the Connecticut Post Mall.

State Representative Charles Ferraro also attended and presented Frontier with a citation from the Connecticut General Assembly in honor of the store opening, which read in part, “having this in the mall means customers can take care of all their shopping needs in a conveniently located, shopper-friendly area, making it a customer-friendly environment.”

The 520-square-foot retail space will allow customers and prospective customers the opportunity to have hands-on interaction with an array of products and services including Frontier High Speed Internet, FrontierTV and Frontier Secure, which provides solutions for device security, identity theft, and credit and equipment protection.

This is Frontier’s second store in Connecticut and will be staffed by 3-4 fulltime employees.

“The Frontier Experience store is designed with customers in mind and provides them with an opportunity to ask questions, try out products and determine which service package is best for them,” said Ferraiolo. “We are thrilled to open our second store in Connecticut and look forward to meeting our customers in Greater Milford.”
