Man Accused of Stalking Relative in Milford

A New Haven man accused stalking a relative in Milford was arrested on Wednesday.

Armando Silva, 46, was charged with first-degree stalking after police received a complaint of suspicious activity on Robert Treat Drive.

Silva was given a $5000 bond and a court date of Jan. 15.
