Man Charged With DUI After Milford Accident: Police
Police said they responded to an accident, which led to a DUI charge for the driver.
MILFORD, CT — A Stratford man is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol at the time of an accident in Milford, police said.
On June 4, officers responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident on Bridgeport Avenue and Woodland Drive, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Joshua Lenches, 29, of Wilbar Drive, who is accused of driving his motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Lenches provided a breath sample, which showed him to have an elevated blood alcohol content at the time of the accident, police said.

He is charged with DUI and failure to drive right. He was released on a $500 bond.
