Milford Commercial Building Sells For $1 Million

For the second time, the same real estate agent handled the triansaction for this property.

MILFORD, CT — A commercial building in Milford has sold for $1 million, according to a prominent relator.

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced today that John Bergin represented the Seller, 65 Caswell Street Associates LLC, in the sale of 497 Bic Drive in Milford. The 12,686 sf building on 2.25 acres was formerly occupied by LDB, Levy Diamond Bello Associates LLC for the past seventeen years. The property has been purchased by Consumers Petroleum of CT Incorporated and represented by David Flayhan of the Southport Group.

“John has once again sold this building, which he previously sold in 2000 to LDB," Pearce said in a news release.
