MILFORD, CT — The Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Keep Your Resolutions Health and Wellness Fair, presented by Yale New Haven Health, on Saturday, January 27th, 11-3pm, at the Connecticut Post Mall to kick off the new year on a healthy note.

The fair will feature a plethora of health and wellness resources, wellness guidance, and information about local fitness and wellness initiatives! The perfect way to start your year, with guidance and interactive vendors to help you along your health journey. An amazing way to improve your well-being and lifestyle choices while in a positive environment, all provided to you within one event.
