Betty J. Brennan, 86, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Edward Brennan Sr., passed away on March 26, 2023. Born on August 28, 1936 in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Arlene Rowan.

Betty attended Myers High School and graduated in 1954. On July 10, 1954 she married the love of her life Edward J. Brennan. One of Betty’s favorite past times was going to the casino with her loving husband Ed and they went often, a few days a month.

Betty and Ed loved traveling and saw most of the US states with their friends Dan and Irene Kozlowski of Sun City, AZ. Betty was extremely kind and generous to everyone. She never met a stranger and enjoyed having conversations with people. Betty spent the last 2 years of her life residing at The Village at Mariners Point in East Haven and made many friends there. She enjoyed Bingo and her meals with her gal pals!

Betty is survived by her children, Patricia (David) Raffauf, Edward Brennan Jr., Mark (Carol) Brennan, and Kevin Brennan; grandchildren, Kristen (Kevin) Marano, Matthew (Gina) Petrucci, Trevor (Linzi) Raffauf, Tyler (Valerie) Raffauf, Mark Brennan Jr., Monica Brennan, and Dana (Greg) Cruz; great grandchildren, Santino, Luca, Kayden, Haylen, Grayson, Anthony, Mia, Gulianna, and Dakota; nephew, Tom; niece, Arlene; and many more extended family. She was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Rowan Jr.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT 06460. A Funeral Service will begin at 10:30 a.m. that morning at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Kings Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice at 199 Park Rd. Ext., Middlebury, CT 06762.
