Preservation Makes Cents for Milford Residents

The Milford Preservation Trust is sponsoring a workshop on the Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program.

Come hear about the Connecticut Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program.

Julie Carmelich, an historian with the State Historic Preservation Office will be the featured speaker;

Ms. Carmelich has administered the State and Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit programs in Connecticut since 2008.

The Connecticut Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program provides financial assistance to individual homeowners to rehabilitate properties in selected communities.

Beginning July 2015 the program will be available to homeowners statewide. Is your property eligible for an historic preservation tax credit?
