Ms. Carmelich has administered the State and Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit programs in Connecticut since 2008.

The Connecticut Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program provides financial assistance to individual homeowners to rehabilitate properties in selected communities.
