Plans for the facility have been filed with the Planning and Zoning Department.

MILFORD, CT — Mike Welsh, the owner of Revolution Basketball, is proposing a unique training facility at 252 Depot Road in Milford.
According to plans filed with the Planning and Zoning Department, Welsh is seeking to establish a basketball training program (classified as a gym use) of +/- 3700 SF (the plan shows 2,739 SF, the office portion is not counted separately), located at 252 Depot Road.
The existing building and rear building contain a mixture of warehouse, manufacturing, office, and industrial space. A fence is proposed that will run between 252 and 262 Depot Road, effectively dividing and limiting the uses to their respective sides of the fence.
