Victim Beaten, Robbed At Walnut Beach, Arrest Made: Milford PD
The accused is being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond. The initial incident occurred back in the summer of 2018.
MILFORD, CT — A New York man has been charged in the robbery and assault of a person who was beaten at Walnut Beach in Milford back in the summer of 2018, police said late Thursday.
Police spokesman Officer Michael Devito said on August 22, 2018 a victim was robbed and beaten At Walnut Beach. The victim was hospitalized as a result of the attack.
"After an exhausting investigation the suspect was identified and a warrant was issued," Devito said.

Milford Police Detectives traveled to Utica, New York and arrested Elijah Wallace, 24, of Utica, NY under arrest and transported him back to Milford, Devito said.
Wallace is charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree larceny and second-degree assault. He is also charged with conspiracy to commit all of the above.

Wallace is being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
