The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Wayne E. Volpe, 33, of Eaton Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 25 on charges of sale of controlled substance, possession of hallucinogen / less than 4 ounces of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and failure to have stop lamp or turn signals.

Shelby R. Milliken, 19, of Hamilton Street, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 26 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Lori M. Piscitelli, 45, of Highland Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 27 on charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Theresa Grasso, 59, of Terrace Gardens, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Sanjay Gopie, 36, of Warner Street, Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of violation of protective order, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and failure to wear safety belt in front seat.

Matthew Cahill, 22, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive right, evading responsibility and traveling too fast for conditions.

Steven J. Boucher, 40, of North Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment and unlawful discharge of firearms.

Kayla Electra Michalak, 26, of Sherman Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 2 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, second-degree false statement, interfering with officer/resisting arrest and conspiracy/all other crimes.

Timothy George O’Connor, 31, of Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 3 on two counts of risk of injury to a child and one count each of second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct and possession of narcotics.

John K. Carlson, 56, of Arbor Lane, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 3 on charges of failure to keep narcotics in original container, possession of narcotics, failure to drive right and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Jesenia Orellana, 28, of Old Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of failure to keep narcotics in original container, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis and possession of controlled substance / ½ ounce to less than four ounces of marijuana.

Esteban Ortiz, 39, of South Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 4 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

James F. Thompson, 54, of Pier Pond, Fairhaven, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and drug paraphernalia.

Zackarya E. Roderick, 21, of Elliot Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of identity theft, illegal use of a credit card/ less than $500, credit card theft and sixth-degree larceny.

Virginia J. Roderick, 38, of Elliot Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of identity theft, illegal use of a credit card/ less than $500 and sixth-degree larceny.
