Fashion! A Few Current Trends to Try!

I wanted to stray away from our normal topics and talk a little about fashion and current trends that are fun and easy to wear. In this post I'm going to mention three new trends that I personally feel look good on everyone and can really complete any outfit. Fedora Hats, Wayfarer and Square shaped clear glasses, and Animal print.

Fedora Hats

If you look around fedora hats are everywhere. The style of a fedora hat is similar to those seen on early gansters and almost every current celebrity around. Why is it so popular you ask? This is because it can be worn with almost anything to give you a cute, edgy look and help you stand out in the crowd.

Fedora hats come in all shapes and sizes. They also come in all colors. When it comes to wearing them you can be as bold or as tame as your heart desires.

A few L&A tips: Make sure to buy the right size for your head. Some come one size fits all and others come in sizes such as s,m,l. I personally need a large because you want to make sure that its not too tight around the head and can fall over the forehead just right. Also if your outfit is full of prints and patterns think plain and simple fedora hat; if your outfit is plain and simple think bold. 

Clear Glasses

Whether you need to wear glasses for medical reason or you just want to wear them for fashion the current trends are the large square shapes, or the wayfarer shapes.

Again such as the fedoras hats, these glasses come in all colors and sizes. You can see these current shapes on celebrity Ann Hathaway, the star of "The Devil Wears Prada" and also "Love and Other Drugs".

L&A tip: If you're petite and have a smaller face think smaller frames. If your like me and have a bigger face think bigger frames. If you're a bold personality wear whatever you want!

Animal Print

I am in love, love, love with animal print! Animal print has recently become all the rave thanks to the Jersey Reality stars. Animal prints come in all colors and patterns. The most popular being leapord and zebra.

This trend is cool because you can rock it in many ways. Dresses, scarves, shoes and even nail art all look great in animal print. My current favorite animal wear are dresses. With just a little pattern or a lot they can be worn for day or night.

L&A tip: Animal print is busy; make sure to pair a dress or outfit with a plain color shoe. Nude pumps give your look a played down class; while a bright color pump works as well, you will have all eyes on you. Both look great.   

In my opinion these three trends are something everyone should give a try to spice up your wardrobe.

The most helpful hint of the article: One or two trends look great with any outfit; all three trends equals fashion disaster. Try an animal print dress with a pair of clear glasses for a daytime look. Try a fedora hat with a cute tight mini dress and you have a great night time look.
