Hello Monroe!

My name is Nicholas Kapoor and I am a Democratic candidate for Town Council.

Over the coming weeks and months I would like to introduce myself to the town through this blog.  Also, to let you know who I am and why I would like to be your next Town Councilman.

I am 20 years old and have been a life-long resident of Monroe.  I attended high school at St. Joseph's in Trumbull graduating in 2008.  Most recently I graduated from Sacred Heart University, this past May, with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics and Political Science, summa cum laude with honors.  This fall I will begin my studies towards a Master's of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance also at Sacred Heart. 

I am currently employed at I-Engineering, Inc. - a small, family operated business serving the technology needs of the Property & Casualty insurance industry located in Shelton. 

I look forward to meeting as many residents of Monroe as possible and hope to work with you to improve Monroe, to Move Monroe Forward.
