Monroe Man Living the Dream
The group has begun to generate funding and support through a website called Kickstarter.com which claims to be the world's largest fundraising platform for personal and creative projects

Matthew Brisch, 28, Monroe is currently spearheading project Dream to Live, Live to Inspire which has been generating attention on Facebook over the past week. His goal is to create a documentary which advocates one simple message, live your dreams. Ever since he was a child Brisch has dreamed of taking a road trip, although it may not seem like a big deal, he intends to make something inspirational out of the whole experience.
"Everyone has dreams, one of mine is to take a road trip down the west coast, meet people I have never met before, young, old, rich and poor including every demographic as possible and hear their words, so that I can share the story of their dreams, dreams lived, dreams lost and dreams to come," Brisch wrote on the groups Kick Starter page Friday.
On April 1st Brisch and his team will fly to Seattle WA, where they will spend a week on the road making stops in Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angelis finally ending the trip in Arizona. They will stop where their gut tells them to. Along the way they will document their encounters with individuals who are willing to share their stories.

Projects team members include Brisch’s cousin Jimmy Wright, a video artist who will be filming the trip and editing the documentary and his brother Andrew Brisch a Monroe volunteer firefighter.
Brisch chose the west coast because he wants his team to step outside the realm of familiarity "I think that dropping into a foreign environment forces you to challenge yourself and step outside your comfort zone. I think one main reason for people not reaching their dreams is their fear of stepping outside their comfort zone, an unfamiliar part of the country, its unknown culture and unknown people are a perfect recipe for personal growth and a life experience."
