Monroe Resident Honored by Bridgeport Hospital

Lillian Grich of Monroe is one of three people selected as Bridgeport Hospital’s employees of the quarter, April-June, for her outstanding service to patients and colleagues.        

Selected as the June employee of the month, Grich is an acute care physical therapist who has been with the hospital for 25 years.

“Lillian is always willing to lend a hand,” according to her nominators. “Her patients love her and she shows caring and compassion in everything she does. Her clinical expertise is extensive and her enthusiasm and energy and contagious.”

Employees of the quarter receive a plaque and a letter of commendation, and are eligible to be selected as Bridgeport Hospital’s Employee of the Year.

Mary Dorland, of Shelton, was selected as the April employee of the month. David Harden, of Stratford, was honored for May.
