It's a new year! Time for a change. In this blog I am going to talk about a few new trends to try to bring in a fresh new you. In our recent trip to NYC to visit our friends the crew of "Jerseylicious" and "The Glamfairys" we learned three new ways to make a quick and glamourous change that anyone can do. Bold lips, sleek buns, and new way to wear your bangs!
BOLD LIP: Bold reds, gothic blacks, and bright pinks are all the rav in 2012. The trick to this look is to make sure that you only emphasis the lips. This means you wear light makeup everywhere else and strong lips. This tip is also good for any feature you wish to make a statement with. Strong cheeks means only strong cheeks with light eyes and lips. Bold eyes means everything else must be light. To perfect the bold lip you must use a nude lip pencil and a dash of foundation so that the lipstick doesnt smudge all over your face. That would not be a good look. Also if you feel like you want to try any of these color but are too afraid of overdoing it; try a gloss in any of these colors its always a good way to give you the same look without making you feel uncomfortable.
Sleek Bun: The sleek bun can be seen on all the stars now a days from the streets to the red carpet. This look is very easy to acheive that I was so impressed when Briella from the Glamfairys showed me how to do it I wanted to slap myself for not realizing it. First you start with two tight and sleek ponytails. One for the top half and one for the bottom half. Next take a barrel curling iron and curl the top pony completely towards the front to wear it looks like a big roll and do the same to the bottom pony towards the neck. Pin them down spread them out and connect it. You now have a perfect sleek bun. The hieght of this bun can very but the higher the more fasionable.

New Bangs: Do you always wear your part to the left or to the right. Well its time to switch it up. Something so small can make such a huge impact on the way you look. If you dont have bangs, get them! Side bangs, full frontall bangs they are all in fashion at this moment. Any haircut or style can look great with a pair of bangs. Give it a try its the easiest new makeover!
