Because spring is bursting with life and activity at the Discovery Zone, beginning the week of May 13th we’re offering a completely new five week series of story’s, adventures, and crafts for our 3, 4, 5, and 6 year-old friends and their parents or caregivers! Each of these programs supports our goal to introduce nature to children at an early age, so its benefits will last a lifetime.
Our new Sibling Class is available for registration beginning May 13th at 1:30pm, with a second siblings class offered Saturday May 18th at 8:30am. These special classes enable parents with two children between the ages of 3-6 to bring both for a discounted price. Three year old’s without a sibling joining them are also welcome in these classes. Each Tuesday and Thursday a class will be held at 2pm for 4-6 year olds.

Tom Ellbogen, Director of the Discovery Zone stated: “We continue our commitment to making young children’s initial encounter with nature a fun, positive experience. Studies show that being out in nature at an early age offers unsurpassed opportunities for mental, emotional and physical growth and we believe our rich and varied ecosystem provides the perfect platform to offer children a stimulating and memorable experience, with important long-term impacts.
The five weekly programs are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays beginning May 13th and are available for $30 per child. For more information, visit www.webbmountaindiscoveryzone.com or email at discoveryzone@earthlink.net
