The Closest to Relationship Advice we could get!

What hair color/style is the average man the most attracted too?

As you all know we are also hairdressers as well as bloggers for the Patch. Sometimes we ask our clients what they want to hear. I had an overwhelming response for relationship advice, so I searched to find a topic that may relate to our blog and it hit me. What hair color/style is the average man the most attracted too?

I only interviewed clients that walked into our local Monroe salon to get a better view of this answer from the men in our surrounding area. The men ranged in age from high schoolers to grandfathers.

First, I asked whether they were more attracted to blondes, brunettes, or red heads. Then I asked them if they preferred long or short hair. The last question was whether they would rather you style your hair curly or straight. These are pretty basic and to the point.

Contrary to what I thought would be the final outcome, the most popular answer was actually long, blonde and straight. Few liked brunette and few preferred a curly style. One hundred percent of men do not like red hair or short hair.

Although this was the case and I already had my answer, I was curious to know what the average women thought that men in our area were attracted to to see if we were on the same wavelength.

We were correct about the long and we were correct about the straight style, but unanimously we thought they preferred brunettes. Well we were wrong.

Of course looks aren't the only thing that matters, but if you're single and ready to mingle with a male in the Monroe area, here is my advice based solely on my little experiment: Throw away the red hair dye, plan on growing out the short mop, and go blonder and straighter.  And lastly, growing hair can be a long process. If you need your change now, try extensions.  All in Fun <3- L&A
