Good Morning: It was difficult waking up at 6 am after getting to bed after 1 am. That didn't last long because this morning's caucus consisted of speeches from Congressman Courtney, Senator Blumenthal, Secretary of State Denise Merrill, NAACP Chairman Ben Jealous and Ted Kennedy, Jr. What a line up!!!!
This woke everyone up and of course people were still in awe of last night's speech by Michelle Obama. Each of the speakers last night and this morning are just so proud to be part of history and to be here and learn and focus on the job ahead of us when we return to Connecticut.
People are gearing up for tonight; to hear Congressman Larson at 5 pm., Governor Malloy at 6:45 and of course President Clinton to wrap up the night's event. Everyone is pumped. The arena is on the small side so tickets for guests for tonight is the main focus of the day, trying to somehow get in to the arena to hear President Clinton's speech, if you don't have credentials. Without credentials it is even difficult to walk down certain streets.

The decision is still up in the air for tomorrow night, whether we will be outside at the stadium or inside at the arena. The weather has not been cooperating, pouring several times each afternoon, people getting soaked.....
I'll probably know the decision tomorrow morning. It's great being here with all the people from Connecticut, lots of fun...
