A Wallingford man was arrested today after police say he made harassing calls to Sandy Hook Elementary School in Monroe accusing staff of fabricating the Dec. 14, 2012 shooting that left 26 people dead.
According to police, administrative staff at the school arrived at the school this morning and found four disturbing telephone messages on the school answering machine from a male caller.
Later in the morning the same male called again and spoke with an administrative assistant at the school. Monroe police detectives along with a Monroe school resource officer investigated this complaint and traced the calls back to Timothy Rogalski, 30, at his Wallingford address, police said.
