What are some things they do to make the community a better place?
Tanya is greatly involved in the community of Monroe. Not only is she always helping within in the Fawn Hallow community with events, such as the book sale and the walk-a-thon, but she is also a Girl Scout troop leader for a group of 4th graders and Monroe’s Girl Scout Co-Service Unit Manager. In this role she serves as the liaison between Girl Scouts of Connecticut and the volunteers and girls of Monroe. She helps organize troops, answer volunteer questions and guide leaders. She is instrumental in keeping the Girl Scout tradition in Monroe alive and well.
