Hello Neighbors!
What's going on with Monroe Real Estate? At the present time there are 94 single family homes listed for sale. Pricing? The lowest property is listed for $129,900 and highest is on for $799,900. Are buyers out? Although beach time does cut into home shopping time for a lot of families, we're still seeing activity.
So what have we been up to? Pictured is a stunning colonial on Gaylor Drive in Monroe. As far as pride of homownership...it wins the prize! We happily listed this beautiful home, it sold for $545,000, and now the new owners are enjoying living there.
Recently we sold a property on Echo Hill Road in Trumbull. It's a ranch with a great floorplan in the Tashua section of town. We also sold a property on Lily Lane in the Huntington section of Shelton. This home is a rambling ranch on a wonderful street just outside of the charming Huntington Center.
We just listed a wonderful carriage house condo in Newtown. This exquiste home is part of Regency at Newtown - a 55+ community. This property is also pictured. Take a look at the soaring ceilings and gleaming hardwood floors! Listed at $415,000. MLS #99034702 Open house this Sunday, July 28th 1-3.
Another listing we are working on is 15 Woodland Drive in Redding. This home is in a great neighborhood on the Easton line. It's listed at $285,000. Yes, you read that right! The property is fabulous. It has two full updated baths and hardwood floors. It needs a bit of work...but well worth the investment. MLS #99033794. It's picture here also.
We're anticipating a new listing on Purdy Hill Road in Monroe in the very near future. This is an antique home with a lovely addition. It has been maintained beyond compare! We'll update when this property is ready for showings.
We'd love to meet and talk about your Real Estate needs. Give us a call. Our commitment is simple...we'll do a great job for you!
With our wishes for a happy Summer to all!
