UPDATE: Monroe Man Accused of Having Child Porn, Voyeurism Is Former Substitute Teacher
Kenneth Raftery was a substitute as recently as 2007.
A Monroe man, charged with possessing child porn and voyeurism, is a former Masuk High School substitute teacher.
That confirmation comes from school Superintendent James Agostine, according to the Monroe Courier.
Agostine said Kenneth Raftery was a substitute at the school for a few years up to 2007.

No incidents involving Raftery during that time could be recalled by the superintendent.
Raftery was arrested Dec. 9 after a search warrant at his home turned up child pornography and voyeuristic videos.

According to police, one of the videos Raftery allegedly took was at a Masuk High School football team car wash.
