Vania's Tummy Tuck

It’s not too late to get those flat toned abs you’ve always wanted. All it take is a little hard work and dedication. Start with 45 minutes of fat burning cardio 4 to 5 days a week (remember dedication) 3 days won’t scratch the surface.  After your cardio session mix up your ab routine with planks, crunches and standing exercises.

Here’s one of my favorites: Side Planks

Starting Position:

1.       Lie on your side with your right hand on the ground or use an exercise mat. For beginners, it is recommended to begin this exercise on your elbow.

2.       Lift yourself up to form a plank with your right arm straight and your left arm on your side or behind your ear.

Target Muscles The Core - Abdominals, Hips, Back

Tip: practice in front of a mirror, hold the position for 30 seconds then switch side. Repeat each side 4 times. Don't cheat keep a straight line.
