Yoga Classes offered by Parks and Recreation

Yoga can offer tremendous benefits for one's body and mind.  It builds strength and increases flexibility, boosts confidence and improves focus, promotes weight loss and longevity.  It also cultivates self-discipline, improves breath control, achieves balance and corrects posture.

Join yoga instructor, Lilia Wills, in one of our sessions starting in early December.  Lilia Wills is an experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, graduate of the Lotus Gardens Yoga School, and a regular yoga practitioner.  Morning and evening class times offered to accommodate all schedules.

Requirements for the class are simple:  yoga mat (available for purchase at class), water bottle, comfortable apparel.  Also, try to refrain from eating one to two hours before class.
