New Emergency Certification Legislation Needed

Pressure cookers are dangerous weapons. Ball bearings and nails are dangerous ammunition. The governor and the democrat leadership in the General Assembly are seriously deficient in carrying out their responsibilities. We urgently need the emergency legislation process to be used to ban pressure cookers, ball bearings, and all nails. People who own pressure cookers, car mechanics, and carpenters are evil and need to be punished within the limits of the constitution. Pressure cookers must be banned and pre-ban cookers must be registered. Ball bearings must be limited to ten or less per bearing assembly. Nail purchases must require background checks and certificates issued before anyone can buy nails of any size.
