Senshido Empty Hand Self Defense

This three hour seminar introduces the student to the Senshido self-defense system, an easy-to-learn empty-hand system utilized by serious law enforcement and citizen martial artists alike. The system is not based on striking or other techniques requiring high degrees of strength and fitness. It can be learned quickly and is very effective at the extreme close-in ranges of ambush fighting, it is an ideal defense tactic against gun-grabs by attackers. The skill sets of Senshido are an excellent addition to any martial artist's repertoire. Senshido is NOT sport based and should be used only in cases of bodily assault.
