Acts 4 Ministry Received Coat Donations From Burlington Coats

The non-denominational non-profit Acts 4 Ministry recently received 125 coat donations from Burlington Coat Factory in Waterbury

Acts 4 Ministry, Inc. in Waterbury graciously accepted a notably generous donation of 125 coats for children and adults from Burlington Coat Factory in Waterbury on Friday, January 19.

Mrs. Carabetta and Mrs. Jones-Szoldra went to the Waterbury Burlington Coat Factory store to receive the donation on behalf of the non-denominational non-profit Acts 4 Ministry. They brought the coats to the Acts 4 Ministry’s headquarters and retail store at 1713 Thomaston Avenue to distribute to families who have experienced a life devastating event.

“Acts 4 Ministry is not a church,” explained Mrs. Carabetta. “We are a collaborative group of a volunteer board of directors, staff members and dozens of volunteers who desire to share God’s love by meeting the physical needs of others. We achieve this goal daily on many levels by collecting and distributing, free-of-charge to recipients, clothing, and housewares plus a free furniture distribution program.”
