Acts 4 Ministry Received Donations From College Teachers
In December the non-profit organization received donations of scarves and socks from Naugatuck Valley Community College CFT Teachers

Acts 4 Ministry, Inc. in Waterbury graciously accepted a generous donation of 102 fleece scarves, 30 hats, 70 pairs of gloves, and 76 brand new pairs of socks from teachers and staff members at the Naugatuck Valley Community College Center for Teaching (CFT).
Sarah Carabetta (right), Acts 4 Ministry Executive Director, accepted the donations from Kathy LeBlanc, NVCC Human Services/Social Work Studies Professor who brought the donations to Acts 4 Ministry’s non-denominational non-profit headquarters and retail store at 1713 Thomaston Avenue. Ms. LeBlanc commented that the teachers and staff members within the NVCC CFT made the fleece scarf donations that they organized by gender and donated the hats, gloves and socks.
Carabetta explained that Acts 4 Ministry is not a church. “We are a collaborative group of a volunteer board of directors, staff members and dozens of volunteers who desire to share God’s love by meeting the physical needs of others. We achieve this goal daily on many levels by collecting and distributing, free-of-charge to recipients, clothing, and housewares plus a free furniture distribution program.
