Audition Workshop to Benefit Scholarship for Whimsicality

All proceeds benefit the Denise Brown Scholarship for Whimsicality.

Whimsicality and Fifth Letter Production team up
to benefit the Denise Brown Whimsicality Theatre Scholarship Fund

Saturday May 24th 3-6pm Heminway Park School

$25 ** All proceeds benefit the Denise Brown Scholarship for Whimsicality

On April 17th, Whimsicality lost a truly amazing person. Their producer, Denise Brown, lost her battle with cancer. Denise was a big part of how Whimsicality started and in the growth of the company over the years. She had musicality, she was a playwright, she could swing a hammer, and an imagineer with finding a way to create their director's set designs. She will be missed by many Whimsy kids and the staff. "We can only hope we continue to do shows that reach her high standards and expectations. RIP Lady. Forever Remembered!" A scholarship has been set up in her name.

During the workshop they will format students' resume material, work on technique for cold sides and prepare for upcoming auditions.

The workshop will be taught by Elizabeth Donnelly. To reserve a spot or for more information, please contact Elizabeth at elizabeth@fifthletterproductions.org
Elizabeth is a professional actress and founding member of Fifth Letter Productions, a CT based Actors Equity theatre company. She teaches privately and is on the faculty of the Performing Arts Center of Connecticut in Trumbull.
