Bronko Homes Real Estate Owner Adam Bronko of Naugatuck (2nd from right) recently contributed a portion of the commission his firm earned on the recent sale of a home to the non-profit Naugatuck Youth Services. Celebrating the one-year anniversary of the Naugatuck-based real estate firm at 175 Church Street, Bronko is offering home sellers the opportunity to “Leave A Legacy” with the sale of their home.

“When a seller lists their home with us,” explained Bronko, “it is our pleasure to donate a portion of our earned commission in that client’s name to a local charity or non-profit organization of their choice. We believe this program is a great way for our clients to give back to a community they’ve been a part of for many years.

“Not only were our clients of this particular sale happy with our service and how fast we sold their home, the Naugatuck Youth Services was just as happy to receive a donation through our Leave A Legacy Program.” Photographed with Bronko are delighted members of the Naugatuck Youth Services team.
