Hillside Intermediate School held Career Day 2015 on Wednesday. Principal Johnna Hunt expressed her thanks to the School Governance Council and the 28 community members who volunteered their time to present at the career day. Presenters included Mayor Robert Mezzo, Firefighter Paul Russell, Police officer Alan Crosswait, ESPN’s Will Gairing, Jimmy Mengacci, referee Kevin Cestari, Golf pro Bob Clark, Colonel Ralph Roper, Country Music DJ Corey Myers, CT State Police Major Crime Scenes Detective Rupsis, Kevin H Mcsherry, Tamath Rossi, tax collector Jim Goggin, Republican-American reporter Paul Singley and children’s librarian Matthew P. Yanarella.
