Teenage students can go through a lot of stress or anxiety while they are at school. This can actually cause problems for some students. So would letting students leave school during study halls or lunch actually help relieve some of this. It actually can and it can relieve stress from teachers and monitors as well. The teachers wont have to watch over so many students, especially with cafe study halls since most people can not be seen. Letting students with good grades and well behavior leave school will be a good privilege. It will give students a sense of freedom and trust. There would be rules for all of this too.
