Hillside Intermediate School Holds Memorial Day Ceremony
The student and borough dignitaries gathered on Friday afternoon to remember lives lost.
Hillside Intermediate School held their Memorial Day Ceremony on Friday afternoon in the school's auditorium. The sixth grade band, under the direction of Lisa DeMunda performed, as did the school's choir.
Superintendent of Schools Sharon Locke and Assistant Superintendent Christopher Montini attended the ceremony, along with Mayor Warren "Pete" Hess. Boys Scouts in uniform assisted with the proceedings.
