The Ivy At Watertown Assisted Living Community Paying Moving Fees

“We will cover local area moving costs for residents who place deposits at this time to move into the studio and one and two-bedroom apartments in The Ivy Assisted Living Residential Community in Watertown.

“To date, we have already received a handful of deposits and anticipate our first group of residents will move in by the first week in February.

“As a very special incentive,” stated Amie Hanrahan, co-owner of the currently-under-construction The Ivy at Watertown, “we will cover the total costs of moving for residents relocating from the local area towns of Watertown, Oakville, Torrington, Harwinton, Litchfield, Middlebury, Southbury, Oxford, Woodbury, Newtown, Bethel, Waterbury, Naugatuck. We will cover relocation costs from all towns located within a 25-mile radius of our location on Straits Turnpike on the Middlebury/Watertown border.”

Conveniently located at 655 Straits Turnpike in Watertown, with rapid access to Routes 6, 63, 8 and I- 84, The Ivy at Watertown offers 89 studios, one and two-bedroom apartments plus a specialized memory support environment called Reflections.
