Magic Storybook Little Actors Program at Bethany Community School.

At BCS, throughout the school year, second graders learn about the performing arts and gain important language skills by reading & performing short stories that align with the Grade 2 thematic units of study. Led by Maria Douglas (Magic Storybook Productions) and their teachers, Mrs Mauro, Ms Pilon & Mrs Albert, students play a variety of theater games that promote reading fluency, prosody, public speaking, teamwork, and self-confidence.
